Safeguarding Officer

Lewisham College, part of the NCG Group, is seeking a committed and experienced Safeguarding Officer to join our Learner Experience team. Based at our Lewisham site, the successful candidate will work under the leadership of the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Deputy DSL.

This is a key role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of our students. The Safeguarding Officer will have responsibility for safeguarding and child protection across the college, working with internal teams and external agencies to support students identified as at risk of not achieving or leaving their course. The role also contributes to equality and diversity initiatives and supports vulnerable learners to engage fully in college life.
